Experts from Norm and DataBarracks to host immersive experience designed to test cyber incident response
NormCyber, the award-winning risk management specialist, has announced it will host an exclusive Cyber Recovery Wargame in partnership with DataBarracks on 19th June at the Tate Modern, Bankside, London. The half-day event will give participants the opportunity to immerse themselves in real cyber attack scenarios and test their response and recovery capabilities, under the guidance of NCSC and CREST-accredited experts.
During the masterclass, participants will gain invaluable insights and practical strategies to fortify their cyber resilience, maintain business continuity after an incident, reduce business downtime, reputational damage and the potential for regulatory action.
Norm’s Cyber Incident Response (CIR) experts, supported by recovery specialists at DataBarracks, will recreate real-life attack scenarios and facilitate an interactive discussion, providing guidance on response strategies, identifying potential risk areas and offering best practice advice from analysis, through to containment, remediation and recovery.
“Our Cyber Recovery Wargame is borne out of the burning need for clarity and confidence in cyber incident response, that we hear from organisations all the time,” said Paul Cragg, CTO at NormCyber. “During the event, participants will be able to put their preparedness to the test in a controlled and collaborative environment that fosters learning and problem-solving. They will walk away with a clear understanding on where their organisation’s cyber resilience may be falling short and what steps they can take to immediately implement positive change.”
