NormCyber, the award-winning cyber and data risk management specialist, today announced it has been named a finalist in the 2025 Cyber OSPAs for Outstanding Customer Service Initiative, adding to an unbroken run of industry accolades and proving the company’s all-around excellence.

The Cyber OSPAs recognise innovative companies, teams, individuals, products and initiatives across the cyber security sector globally. The awards are founded on strong ethical principles and are actively supported by numerous industry bodies and special interest groups, including the Chartered Institute of Information Security, CREST, SASIG, TechUK and the UK Cyber Security Council.

To be named a finalist in the Outstanding Customer Service Initiative category, Norm had to evidence its ability to generate tangible and sustainable benefits for customers, such as reducing risks and increasing their competitiveness.

Norm provides tailored managed services that flexibly scale to clients’ evolving business priorities. Its two pillars of customer service excellence – the Smartbloc platform and the Focal Analyst model – enable customers to achieve long-term success. With its real-time visibility and actionable insights, Smartbloc helps organisations defend against cyber threats and quantify their security posture, while Focal Analysts provide valuable guidance to help them continuously improve their cyber resilience.

“Customer needs drive Norm’s service evolution,” said Wayne Churchill, CEO of NormCyber. “By actively listening to their feedback, we have developed a scalable model that meets the diverse needs of organisations of all sizes, from critical national infrastructure providers to public sector bodies, manufacturers and more. This disruptive, customer-first approach is enabling us to set a new benchmark for customer service excellence in cyber risk management, and we are honoured to be recognised for our efforts.”

The awards ceremony will take place on 8th May 2025 at Big SASIG Conference Dinner in Central London. For more information, visit the awards website here.
