Back

LONDON, UK – Monday 21st January 2019
Think Marble is pleased to announce that, as part of its growth strategy, it has appointed Demyon Wright to the new role of Operations Director within the business.

Demyon joins ThinkMarble with nearly 15 years of experience as a Head of Service Management in the industry and an impressive track record at; Verizon, MDNX, Easynet Global Services, Interoute and, most recently, GTT Communications.

Demyon spoke to us shortly after joining at ThinkMarble and told us what he is looking to achieve in his new role:

“ThinkMarble is a young and dynamic company and a business that I’m excited to be a part of. There is a great deal happening in the Cyber Security space and the opportunity was one that was just too good to miss. The people here are what makes the company and we’re on an invigorating journey. I used to work for the Chairman at MDNX and I’m delighted to be working in the same company as him again.

Right now, we are very busy, there are lots of plans and internal product development is rapid, so it has been a very fast paced start for me. We have an excellent team here and I’m really enjoying being a part of it and excited about what we are bringing to the market.

I’ll be ensuring that, through our people and processes, along with continued use and development of innovative technologies, we can be robust enough to continue to address all our customers Cyber Security challenges and help them to achieve their business targets.

With years of placing the customer at the forefront of everything we did in each business I have been a member of, and my Service Management and Operational background, I will help ensure that ThinkMarble is best placed to grow and shine over the coming months and years and help to ensure that our customers can grow with us.”

CEO Andy Miles had this to say: “We are very fortunate to have Dem on board, we only employ experts in their fields. Dem is at the very top of his global discipline, his skills and expertise will be a significant asset in the further development of our operational processes and procedures moving forward. His understanding of this industry, combined with extensive experience as a Head of Service Management, is anticipated to anchor planned future growth over the next three years. We look forward to making further announcements in the very near future.”

I’m thrilled to have signed off on the CSaaS offering.  I’m looking forward to having the most complete cyber security package for the mid-market and continuing our successful working relationship with norm.

The biggest factor was that they had a data protection lawyer in-house who worked for them, which meant there was someone we could directly go to with specific questions about the (GDPR) regulation.

We were in the market for an independent Data Protection Officer service that was well versed with both UK and EU regulators. We’re thrilled to have acquired this service knowing that an expert is available 24/7.

The speed of your Data Protection Officer’s response was very impressive – it was far quicker than I would have expected even from an in-house DPO
